I grew up in a small coastal town in Italy and found a new slice of home on Barry Island after getting my Psychology degree from Cardiff University. The sea is my happy place, you’ll rarely find me too far from it!

I have a little boy and our journey started with an incredible water birth. Our experience proved to me just how powerful the right preparation can be. Now I want to help other families grow while creating their own positive birth memories.
